Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We ship globally, with the exception of certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Insect Protection products
  • Dog Accessories
  • Cycle Clothing

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Outdoor Camping Shop.
