Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Outdoor Camping Shop.
